A quality executive management team guides the growth of The Little Gym under the leadership of President/CEO Robert Bingham. Bob joined The Little Gym in 1994 after a successful career in broadcasting as an owner of TV and radio stations throughout several western states.
Bob is an innovator. Challenged to build the franchise, he tapped many of the initial franchise owners for the corporate management team. Today, many of the The Little Gym International team members are franchise owners, previous owners, or have come to us with experience working at a The Little Gym.
